Thursday / Friday: Early Bird Fee (on or before July 31st): $175 per day
Includes: Parking, meeting materials, breakfasts, lunches and welcome reception on Thursday after the meeting.
After July 31, 2023: $200 per day
Saturday 1/2 day: Early Bird Fee (on or before July 31st): $75
Includes parking, breakfast, and refreshments during break
After July 31, 2023: $100
Virtual Attendance: Via Zoom (Thursday and Friday Only)
Thursday / Friday: $75 per day (Keynote and 2 breakouts per day)
Keynote Sessions will stream Thursday and Friday morning for Virtual Registrants
Selected breakouts will stream in the afternoon on Thursday and Friday for Virtual Registrants

Cancellation Policy:
The full course tuition is refundable, less $25 for administrative fees, if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before August 15, 2023. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
*Please note: This does not apply to exhibitors. Exhibitor payment is due in full prior to the start of the program and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
The full course tuition is refundable, less $25 fee for if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before August 15, 2023. Cancellations between August 16th and September 15th will be refunded 50% of registration fee. No refunds will be allowed after this date or for those that do not attend. This also applies to anyone switching from in-person to virtual meaning no price adjustments. Please send your cancellation request or registration changes to ocme@health.ucsd.edu. In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego is responsible for a full refund of the registration fee only.
